Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Donata Inc, doing business as Donata Skinfood (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), through www.donata.co (the “Site”).

All Sales Final

Due to the small-batch, handmade, and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise once it has shipped.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather-related product melting, natural product variations, allergic reactions, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact support@donata.co within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Your email must include your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item, photographs of the shipping box and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery confirmation may not be eligible for review. We reserve the right to approve or deny damage claims at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us at support@donata.co before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using evidence including delivery confirmation and tracking records.
